I am very interested in this also. I went to my local shop and they offered demos on the Janome 300E and also the 200E and gave me leaflets. After reading them through I think the 200E would be enough for my purposes and is quite a bit cheaper. I am going for a demo after my hols (which start tomorrow)in France. By the way I love this site and have done lots of patterns shown by members in tute form. Anne
