I dont know the answer, I have slot of problems with FM, and really want a 820, to solve all my problems LOL!
but anyway when I was having problems with my machine someone suggested bobbin washers to help this problem, I haven't tried them because I have never found them for sale in my area but they sound like they would fix this sort of thing. Maybe someone else knows more about them
