I work 50-60 hours a week. I only have the weekend - and often only a few hours a day during that weekend - to sew. I refuse to waste one moment cutting fabric if I don't have to. Yes, jelly rolls are more expensive, but they're also a huge time-saver for me, so they're more than worth the money.
