I buy fabric from Hobby Lobby. My first preference is, of course, LQS, Hobby Lobby, WalMart. Joann ranks evry last with me as far as fabric for quilts. I will buy from Joann's, thread, needles, buttons because they have a greater selection. But Joann does have good choice in fabric for shirts, skirts, jackets and dress. No matter where you buy, be selective of quality.
