We lost a JoAnn's and Hancock in our city and Hobby Lobby fills the void. Our shop has a large selection of reasonably priced material (including broadcloth). Their selection of specialty materials is great and most is usually 30% off and sales on other bolts every week. They run a 40% off coupon every other week in the local paper and I usually buy batting with it. BTW - bought warm and natural yesterday and it has gone up $2/yard in the past six months. OMG!!!

I also have used Hobby Lobby fabric and have had no problem. I also like that they are closed on Sunday and Holidays.
More stores should do the same.

I have bought three nice pieces to make a quilt for my grandson's room im my home. The quality was very good. You have to feel the fabric before you buy.

I love our Hobby Lobby fabrics - they carry good top of the line brands of fabrics here in St Augustine,Fl. I use the 40% off coupons - if you tell the clerk you have the coupon, they'll make yours regular price so you can get 40 % off instead of the usual 30 %.I buy the off season at sometimes 60% off.

While I usually buy my fabric from my LQS or on line, the few times I have purchased fabric from Hobby Lobby, I have been very pleased with both the quality of the fabric I selected and with the cost.
