We have a Hobby Lobby here. They are always closed on Sundays because it's owned by a religious family who wants their employees to not work on the Sabbath.
Hobby Lobby used to have some really good fabric, but it's not as good as it once was. I agree with the people who said to feel of it. In my opinion, you can tell the quality of the fabric by handling it. If it's loosely woven or feels stiff, you don't want it. I can usually tell the quality by looking at the dye; does it stay within the pattern where it's supposed to be AND by feeling of it. It should feel adequately thick and soft, never stiff. That means it's full of sizing to make you think it's good quality.
