I have that iron as well, and I love it. But be very careful to unplug it after use. Mine remains 'on' even though I turn it off with the lever. I discovered that while in the sewing room, not sewing, when I heard the iron snap a couple of times as they do. I went over and low and behold the iron was warm ( I hadn't used it that day) So I always unplug her to be sure she's off. Other than that, she's a honey! I bought mine at the Vermont Country Store also.
