How do you roast your garlics in them? Most of the recipes I make are "winter time recipes", and I'm not too venturesome.
You cut the top off a head of garlic & drizzle it with a little olive oil then wrap it in foil. Put it in the crockpot on high for 3-4 hours or until it is soft & squeezes out of the skins. I do several at once. Great for appetizers or garlic mashed potatoes.
