I would double check and make sure you got back your machine. If it is, I would call and let them know you're not satisfied with their service and ask for an explanation. If you're polite and non-confrontational, hopefully they would be too. Although that doesn't always work! I hope you're able to get this straightened out. Let us know what happens.
