I quit 13 years ago after smoking for 36 years. I used a prescription nicotine nasal spray. I've never heard anyone else say that they used it. But, you don't have time to get that. Drink A LOT of water and stay busy. When the urge hits, and it will, get up and get busy. The urge will subside and in time come with less and less frequency. Good Luck.
