You can do it. If I could, anyone can. This July will mark 4 years smoke-free for me. I tried to quit more times than I can remember, and spent a lot of money on the process. Then, my doctor prescribed a wonderful little pill called Chantix...it worked!!! Good luck to you on keeping your resolve. Keep us all posted on your progress.
