I use Zomig nasal when feel migrain coming up follow up wiht Zomig ZMT 2 hours later. Worked great at first now only works sometimes. Then I started having migraines over 21 days a month so the doctor is now trying Botox. I had first set of 31 shots to head and neck last Wed. Waiting to see if works. For me the only thing that works reliably is dark quite room and sleep. Sometime just a good cry relives the pressure. Good luck. I feel for you
