I've had migraines for many years, but after menopause they taper off. Once before there was a long series on migraines here, if I can find it I'll give the link.
Last thing I tried outside the drugs/food avoidances, etc, was a simple thing to do. I put cold wet cloths on my forehead and stuck my feet in hot water. Sounds strange, but a nurse I met at the blood bank told me it worked for her after many years of using every drug on the market.
Try it, might work and won't hurt. Worked for me, surprisingly fast.
