Computers come with basic operating systems and you install what you want onto them. The modern computers very easily transfer information from your old computer onto the new one either with the built - in transfer facility that they come with, or you can use a flash drive to transfer or connect with a cord to do it. However, you won't get one with absolutely nothing on it or it wouldn't work. That is unless you custom make it yourself, I suppose?I have Windows 7 and transferred some XP files onto an external drive in preference to putting them on the main computer and find that the Vista programs cause problems with compatibility at times.
