I agree that it is not copping out! A lot of my main business is finishing up quilts, blocks, pieces, etc. for someone else. Sometimes, it will be vintage blocks, sometimes just a UFO...but the satisfaction when you get something nice out of the blocks is awesome for people. I also do a lot of whole tops for others to quilt (like the Amish). There are plenty of people on this board who would do this for you. PM me if you want to talk more.
