I had surgery for a torn meniscus and bakers cyst aspiration in mid August last year. My knee still feels a bit weak and my leg swells sometimes around the ankle since then. I did not stay down very long though. I have been walking on the treadmill for the last month and doing OK but not walking as long as I used to. Hang in there, it will get better.
