It will take a few months to get completely back to normal and then you will be so glad you went through with the surgery. It is normal to feel down and out sometimes because of the pain and the limitations you have in what you can do. You might keep a short log of how you feel each day and what improvement you see. That way you can know that you really are getting better. Good luck.
