I fell and tore mine back in 09 and didn't know it. I just blamed RA which I blame for all my aches. I was suppose to have surgery in Jan. I didn't and still suffer with it. From reading these responses I'm glad I didn't. I'll probably wait until it becomes REAL necessary.
