Twelve years ago when I quilt my full time job I thought I would have the time I wanted to sew (at that time I was not into quilting) cloths and do scrapbooking. I didn't count on being a fill in babysitter at a moments notice for 6 grands and being on call for any or all other things my 2 daughters needed. Now 3 of those grands have moved 40 miles away and they are all past the age where they need a baby sitter. I didn't get much sewing time then and it seems like I still don't get the sewing time I want.
