I also have a Linksys and was unable to set it up and get it working. We had a new ISP at the time and I called them for help. After walking me through the steps, it worked. I was then told if I had other problems to call the manufacturer. Since it is new, you should not have to pay them to get it to work, so do call. It was actually easy, but the correct sequence matters.
