I want to say thanks for your military service first and foremost. I am very happy to see a special manager taking out on such a busy day to get you what you deserved and patiently and quietly explaining to young clerk how to do it right. Thanks for sharing - it us hope that their are people who really do care about customers and their employees. This store benefits from such a valued employee.
