Never fear, you are indeed a quilter, and more like most of us than the few fanatics. You know, we talk about the quilt police and we assure the insecure that QP don't exist. But some people need rules and structure, they will have their QP at all costs. And there are always a few people who are glad to fill that role. In my mind's eye I seem to remember seeing some of your work on this board (applique, I believe) and remember it being wonderful.
Your plate is more than full, enjoy the times quilting brings you some peace and quiet.
