Well I call it 'Moulins Rouges'. It's my own design using the 3D pinwheel technique posted here on the board, a couple of borders and some prairie points. I posted it here

Thanks everyone - to the lady asking about a kaleidoscope tute, I would recommend you get one of the books by either Maxine Rosenthal or Bethany Reynolds, depending on whether you prefer my layouts, basically hexagons and no sashing (Rosenthal) or the look of individual blocks (Reynolds). :-D
