Here is an appetite suppressing trick I learned, which is also healthy. With the SB Diet you are supposed to snack (on the right things) to get your metabolism up. Eat a handful of almonds, and wash them down with a glass of water. They expand in your stomach, make you feel full, and they are allowed.
Also a great and easy breakfast is a few slices of Canadian bacon, a few eggs, and a cupful of veggies. Try it. You'll like it!
