No, only one mouth piece, My mouth was piece E, could they have given you distinctive nose piece, there should only be one piece of each alphabet letter across the width of the pattern, ie there may be 3/4 E pieces which make up one main E bit. I did find that I had to cut it out and colour it in following the chart to get a clear idea of what was what.
