I am getting ready to design the label for the quilt I am currently working on. It's my first label so I was wondering how big I should make it. Also, if I create the label in a straight line of about 12 inches do you think that would be okay? I am frustrated because some how I came up about 1/2 inch short in one corner of the backing while I have no extra any where else. I have some extra from when I was creating the top so I am trying to decide if I should put the label in that spot of if I should piece a small amount of the same fabric and then cover it with a square label. Advice, please? Thank you.
