LOL! I had never even heard the term until I got on the QB so I had to ask what it was and then I proceeded to call it a OBM. There is a great book "One Block Wonders" - I've checked it out of the library for now. You might want to look at it. I also searched the entire QB looking at ones that had been posted here. I also got some nice tips from k3n - she has done a lot of them. You might want to look at some of her listings.
