HGTV used to be my favorite channel, watched it continuously, but the home and garden part is missing. It's been replaced by real estate shows. Once in a while I might want to look at homes around the states, but I'm NEVER going to be buying a house in Mexico or any other foreign country. Visit, yes, rent, yes, buy no.
