Welcome from Georgia. Do you have a quilt guild near you? If so, I would suggest that you try them out. Getting into a small group (6 or 8) members is just about right. You have to be dedicated to attending in order to learn more and get motivated. You will find lots of help on this web site. I have download dozens of quilt pictures and patterns and working on one right now. You will be surprised how many new friends you will make through a guild, or small group.
