My squirrels broke my squirrel-proof feeder. I wrote the company and they replaced it at no cost and even sent me a prepaid label to mail the broken one back. Those varmints had played with the top enough that it loosened it and the body fell and broke the lips that hold the top. So I put the new one out there and now the squirrels look so disappointed that the new one is reinforced.
