if you have already sewn on the sashing, then yes.

it is important to LEAVE the paper on until the blocks are stabilized either by sewing them together, to the sashing, or by stay-stitching around the outside line.
Removing the paper before stabilizing the blocks means they will stretch and if not stitched properly will become UNstitched at the outer edges!
