I have over 17000 positive Ebay feedbacks and thank God that people aren't suspicious if and when I make a mistake. The dollar amount you are talking about isn't worth breaking any laws or ripping off people. It's the foreign customers that can rip off dealers and because of a few of those, we no longer ship overseas. Furthermore, Ebay's policy of detailed satisfaction encourages people to ponder and most customers don't realize that anything other than a perfect score translates to a neutral or negative credit even if a positive feedback is given. I have made mistakes where things have to be forwarded to proper owners and most customers are happy to help resolve these matters.
