Hi there! I'm from central VA. I know how you feel - I broke both humerus (sp) bones in 2005. I have rods in both arms now and the right arm functions really well. The breaks helped us find out about a blood cancer I've been treating for. I'm doing so much better I just recently started quilting again, getting my ufo's done, making a couple of baby quilts and loosening up my sewing abilities. Hope you're back in the saddle again soon.
