10 to 20 acers with house built in the middle, lots of trees and plenty of water! A large garage shop for 2 cars and enough room to set up and use our lg tools, DH and I like to wood work and he is now in the process of restoring a 1960 Aloha travel trailer in our shop. The house 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, mud room, pantry lg enough to keep my freezer and extra frig in(I hate running out to the shop to get anything) An open floor plan. Must have a ex-large bonace room(for sewing and other crafts) and my DH needs an office to. All this must be on one level because my knees do not like all the staires we have in our house know. Almost forgot must have a covered porch front and back, a creek or some sort of natural water to attract wild life would be nice to, if Im going to dream I'll dream big! LOL
