Funny how once you move into your first home, you realize what you really wanted.
I want to dump my 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom central staircase colonial for a ranch with no steps, no basement, and an open floor plan with some nice built ins for computer for DH and quilting for me. I want a beautiful stone patio out back and a covered porch out front. I hate getting rained on while trying to unlock the door. I want somewhere out back to bbq and hang out. I am a minimalist and want to be able to clean my house in an hour a week. Laundry room on same floor as everything else. I hope to sell in 5 years and get what I am looking for
Oh yeah, and no mortgage attached would be nice. NJ property taxed are almost a mortgage payment.
