Glass, your response is very much like what I'd say. I like passive solar (my house has that) and good insulation. As far as the yard, I'd like less grass to mow so maybe a nice large water feature (pond with a a little waterfall at the end maybe) and nice flowerbeds that keep themselves weeded or at least aren't filled with weeds like some of mine.
