Wrong info. A PO Box can be confirmed just like any other address.

Used to be you HAD to ship only to a confirmed address (it would be so noted on the eBay sale or on the PayPal payment).
Now as long as you ship to the address that comes through on the PayPal payment/eBay order, then the transaction is covered.
iow, if I pay with a Ship To of address X and then write the Seller asking to instead ship to address Y, the transaction wouldn't be covered if the package went missing.

The fact that it is a PO has nothing to do with it.
Now, some Sellers might state in their terms that they don't ship to POBoxes.
That's because they might use FedEx or UPS as shippers instead and don't want the hassle of chasing down physical addresses.
