I cannot stand going to a shop, buying matchy-matchy coordinate fabrics, chopping them into little bits and re-sewing. I'm for scrappy quilts made from up cycled clothing and thrifty finds, but

Quilt patterns don't give me the creeps but the chocolate/aqua and faux retro color fabrics set my teeth on edge.
