Here on the mountain top in WV, DH and I didn't feel a thing. I told him we were likely both on our feet and figured it was just that usual wobbly feeling. Folks on all points around our area felt the tremor, but not us. Multistory buildings in Wheeling, WV felt sway on the top floors.
