This year half of our beans, all of our carrots and beets didn't come up. I don't know why. Like you, we used the same seed we always have. My sister has a concoction that she uses once a season after stuff has come up. a 5 gallon pail of water, 1 16oz. regular coke and 1/2 cup of amonia. She says to only do it once a season and to use it on everything. Her garden comes out great.
