I have ordered from there a couple of times. All of the fabric was good except for one piece, and they had sent me a fabric different from one in my order. I sent a very polite email telling them all the nice things,and then I mentioned the one error. I had a fast response: they were apologetic, checked their stock, and still had the original fabric I had ordered, which was posted to me right away. They said I could keep or donate the other fabric.
I found that to be great service, and I will order from them again.
