Milton, WV has one, I remember walking over it in flood time and watching big pieces of wood slamming into the cement posts under it and the roar of the water. But time took its toll and some wonderful folks in town had it moved to safer ground, away from the river. And they fixed it up, there's no more broken boards and I'm told you can't look through the floor to the small stream any more..but later generations can stand in it and feel people who've gone before whispering to them.
One day I hope to visit again and stand in it, close my eyes and imagine that I'm 10 years old again and glad to be out of school for the summer.
