I found that just after I finish a quilt I see all my mistakes and that I am very critical about the quilt. However, if I come back to it later (sometime years later!), I have forgotten all this and can actually look at it with new eyes and at times I even feel surprised that I have made such a nice quilt!
So here's to seeing one's quilts with "new eyes"! :-D
