If I am going to make a sampler, I may cut four or five blocks ahead, put them in a gallon size bag with the pattern and then I can put the fabric that I cut from away so I don't have a huge mess. I keep the plastic bags from one block to another. I have a tab on each bag and write down the name of the block and then I can pick and choose if I like or go by row or however I want to do it. That's fun, isn't it? We all have our own way of doing it! My mom thinks I am nuts, but this works for me!

Happy whatever you are doing. Edie
