I'm going to put a 10" stripe down the middle of her backing. I think that will be enough. I purchased enough extra for her I can do more if I need to. And with the extra yard I got per fabric, I think it will be 62x70 or square. If a proper lap quilt is square. Is that an ok size for a lap quilt?
