Hand quilting is simplicity in itself. If you miss a stitch, pull the thread through and re-do.

The hand-binding can be done in a jiff compared to the hand-quilting. But machine quilting is a whole lot of set-up every time you sit down. Tension adjustments? front of quilt doesn't look Harriet Hargreaves good enough? Nylon invisible thread tangles up? Knots on the back? bored by pantograph? Tired of 'birthing' the quilt? Lot's of reasons to pick up a needle and thread...

On the other hand, this board is addictive!! :) :) :) :)
