I go in spurts. I'm spending time on here a bit every day for weeks, then I go days without even checking in. It depends on time constraints and work schedule.
I think it's good to know your "down time" of the day and log on then. Mine is usually late afternoon or after supper when I have no energy left from my day. That's the perfect time to look at quilt pix and have a quilt chat pick-me-up.
