I'm right there with you sweetie. Why should you have to pay shipping? That should be the dealer's job. Did you buy from a local dealer? If so, call him and bend his ear (unless he hangs up on you, that's not good), but they should stand behind the machines they sell and you should not have to pay, or at the very least, they should reimburse you for the shipping fees.
