We bought a house in a tax sale over a year ago. We finally got in there the end of June. We made a blog about it. So far it has been a real mess. The blog link is in my signature. Today we hauled more trash to the recycle place - a whole car load of household chemicals, florescent tubes and dead paint. Then we got back and burned trash. Those people were hoarders with a flooded basement.
