Here's the recipe for taco soup:
1 can each pinto, black, red kidney beans
1 can corn
2 cans diced tomatoes - any flavor
1 can Rotel tomatoes - (prefer mild)
1# ground meat
1 pk taco seasoning
1 pk - Hidden Valley ranch DIP (not salad dressing)
Brown ground meat, dump everything else in w/o straining. You can chop the tomatoes smaller if you wish. Cook 30-45 minutes or longer. You can have shredded cheese to top it with.
Everyone that tries this loves it. Nice hearty and filling soup
